After spending over a decade in Sales Enablement, I had one mission: Help sellers do their jobs more effectively, efficiently, and with greater confidence. I built playbooks. Launched onboarding programs. Rolled out RevOps systems. Sat in the trenches with sales teams—watching firsthand how the right processes and tools could turn average reps into quota-crushing pros. But along the way, I started noticing something strange… The same pain points that slowed down sales teams, were showing up in recruiting. Lack of visibility. Disorganized outreach. Inconsistent messaging. Poor forecasting. Disconnected tools.

It hit me: Recruiters are just like salespeople. They build pipeline. They nurture leads. They pitch. They close. But while sales teams had CRMs, automations, and data at their fingertips… Recruiters were stuck with spreadsheets and outdated ATS platforms. So I asked “What if we gave recruiting the same respect, strategy, and support we give to sales?” And that question led to the creation of Perfect Hire.
